The Support Young People Project
The Support Young People Project is my research lab at CSUMB. Together, we conduct mixed-methods, intersectional, and interdisciplinary research on interpersonal relationships and policies/practices that support youth and young adults. We work with researchers, community-based organizations, and youth to identify strategies that can reduce health and educational disparities.
Students from my lab have successfully entered doctoral and master’s programs in the social sciences or have attained jobs in the fields of education, mental health, and healthcare. If you’re interested in joining the lab as an undergraduate student, please email me at ssnapp@csumb.edu.
